Project Lifecycle Services is run by Chris Keaney a proven, dynamic, multi-disciplined project/programme manager. Chris is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Project Management.

In his long career as a project/programme manager Chris has managed business-critical Life Science projects and programmes for small and large, public & private sector clients, in London, Cambridgeshire and throughout the world, through all stages of the project and programme lifecycle, from business-case to concept design, to start-up and production, on time and on budget up to £1.5bn.

Project/programme management services are provided by APM qualified and proven Project/Programme Consultant, Chris Keaney and/or our Associates, the people we use when over-stretched, or when a specialist skill is required that we don't have ourselves.

Our services can be adapted to ANY project/programme environment.
